The Fitness & Wellness Center offers Venango students, faculty, staff and their significant others the opportunity to reach their fitness goals.
The Center is located in the lower level of the Robert W. Rhoades Center.

All fitness programming classes are free for Venango College students, faculty, staff and open to the general public.

We offer several Zumba classes during the week at Venango College Ron Radaker and Beth Jackson are both certified instructors. Ditch the work out and join the party!!

One of our most popular classes enjoyed by all is our Yoga class taught my instructor Libby Jenkins. She is a member of the Professional Yoga Therapist Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher 500.

Step Aerobics Class
This is the fourth year that we have offered a once a week step aerobics class. The class is taught by Lisa Winger.

Turbo Kick Class
For the third year we are offering a Kick boxing class. Beth Jackson Mathematics professor on campus is also a certified instructor teaching the class for our fitness programming.

CU Dance Class
From the creators of Insanity, Asylum and P90X – this class will offer you cardio and strength training within a dance class. Don’t worry – the only requirement is a sense of humor!!!

We have added a new fitness class this spring. Pilates is a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance. Anna Mong is a certified instructor from the IMPEL PILATES in Franklin.
