The Center is located in the lower level of the Robert W. Rhoades Center.

Zumba Classes
We offer several Zumba classes during the week at Venango Campus Ron Radakerand Beth Jackson are both certified instructors. Ditch the work out and join the party!!
Yoga Class
One of our most popular classes enjoyed by all is our Yoga class taught my instructor Libby Jenkins. She is a member of the Professional Yoga Therapist Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher 500.
Step Aerobics Class
This is the third year that we have offered a once a week step aerobics class. The class is taught by Lisa Winger.
Turbo Kick Class
We are offering for the second semester the Kick boxing class. Beth Jackson Mathematics professor on campus is also a certified instructor teaching the class for our fitness programming.
Body Boot Class
If you want to get into shape and tone your body, join us for our Body Boot Class taught by Kristen Jacobs.
Womens Self Defense Class
A new program this semester is a 8 week self-defense course. This course is designed to help women in aggressive situations to strike and run. This is designed to take out an aggressor not to finish them off.
Personal Training Available
Kristen Jacobs is available if you want one on one personal training to target specific areas of workout, track your progress and learn and improve training techniques.
